Our Management Team
Lumen-Deo Realties and Constructions Ltd is driven by 4 working managing directors. Collectively, they accumulate more than 60 years of work experience in the construction industry. They are involved in the business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company. The management team pro-actively gather feedback, identify changes in business environment, review work processes and communicate key learning points and company policy to all staff at regular meetings.

LUMEN-DEO Real Estate activities include buying, selling, and operating self-owned and leased properties.
We create a theme for our marketing, dedicating ourselves doing something that differentiates us from the competition.
We shall be involved in commercial buildings, low cost but quality mass housing, mixed-use buildings, property purchases & improved land parcel sales, investment acquisition, construction and build-to-suits for sale and lease purposes.
Civil Engineering & Construction Works
Using construction work techniques that are friendly to building users and the surrounding environment. Our civil engineering undertakings comprised residential land development, rooftop green scaping, land decontamination, as well as a wide variety of river and bridge related construction works.
We plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
Our typical civil engineering work activities include undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations, using a range of computer softwares for deveoping detailed designs, undertaking complex and repetitive calculations, liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors, compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures, resolving design and development problems, managing budgets and project resources, scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries, making sure the project complies with legal requirements, assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects, and ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Facility Management
Lumen-Deo Realties and Constructions Ltd Facility Management (FM) encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, places, processes and technology. In Lumen-Deo we see Operation and Maintenance (O&M) as critical component of the overall program of facility management and it shall contain five distinct functions: Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Training and Administration (OMETA). Beyond establishing and facilitating the OMETA links, our O&M managers have the responsibility of interfacing with other department managers and making their case for ever shrinking budgets.
LUMEN-DEO puts systems in place for guaranteed efficiency and effectiveness in facility and property management. A well-managed facility functions at optimal level, offering real added value improvements.
Our FM personnels are involved in dealing with various contractors and suppliers in carrying out maintenance and upgrades, and providing services such as security, cleaning, and property maintenance.
Procurement & Supply
The Project Relationship Management shall be engaged with creating and maintaining buyer–supplier relationships in order for them to create value for our project-based company. Their duties encompassed the purchasing function, store, traffic and transportation, incoming inspection, and quality control and assurance.
Legal
Due to the complexity of our projects, our legal department with multiple areas of expertise, shall provide a legal balance for all parties concerned in order to get deals done with lissome legal team.
Quality Control
Our quality assurance testing is implemented at every stage of the construction process in order to ensure the use of premium quality materials and enhance client satisfaction.
Project Expiry
Although project completion symbolises the end of construction works, for the most part, it also represents the beginning of our real relationship with the client.
